If a vault(s) on your machine is having trouble syncing periodically with the HomeDrive server then please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
On the HomeDrive Dashboard on your PC click on "Tools" --> "Options"
- Make sure that the proxy settings are correct (as per the LAN requirements)
- Make sure that "Check for server message interval" is set to 5 minutes.
- Make sure that there is enough free space on the local disk where the local copy is being stored.
If the above steps did not help then go back to the Dashboard and click on on the button circled in red in the below picture.
Click on "Sync Now". Once Synchronization is finished click on "Show Sync Log". Sync log should show if there was any issue synchronizing with the HomeDrive server.
