Removing Guest(s) from a Vault

In order to remove a guest from a Vault, this must be done via the web-interface (https://secure.homedrive.co.nz/) and not through the Dashboard application. Although there is an option to remove a guest from the Dashboard, it is currently disabled. To remove a guest from a Vault follow the steps below:

 

  • Login to your HomeDrive account at https://secure.homedrive.co.nz/ using your Email address and Password
  • Click the Vault that you want to edit
  • Select 'Users & Permissions'
  • Then click the 'Remove' button to the right of the appropriate user's name/alias (shown below)

  • The user is now removed from the vault. They can be added again at a later date.
