If your HomeDrive Dashboard is displaying the message "Not in Sync" on your Vault then we will need to take a few steps to determine what is causing the Vault to not sync with the server.
- Click on the drop down menu to the right of the appropriate Vault and select "Show Sync Log"
- In the Synchronization log look through the results to see what is preventing the Vault from syncing
- Possible issues may include:
- Permission Denied
- Time Modification Error
- Error Querying File Information
