"Not in Sync" message

If your HomeDrive Dashboard is displaying the message "Not in Sync" on your Vault then we will need to take a few steps to determine what is causing the Vault to not sync with the server.

  1. Click on the drop down menu to the right of the appropriate Vault and select "Show Sync Log"
  2. In the Synchronization log look through the results to see what is preventing the Vault from syncing
  3. Possible issues may include:
    • Permission Denied
    • Time Modification Error
    • Error Querying File Information
